On December 18, 2024, the SIA community gathered to celebrate the much-anticipated annual Christmas Party. The event, hosted by Teacher Heather, was filled with festive activities, showcasing the spirit of unity, joy, and gratitude as students, teachers, and staff came together to mark the season.
The celebration kicked off with an uplifting Praise and Worship session, setting a heartfelt and spiritual tone for the day. This was followed by an Opening Prayer led by Mr. Jef, who emphasized the blessings of the season and the importance of togetherness.
The Kindergarten Department delighted the audience with a charming presentation, earning cheers and applause from the crowd. Their enthusiasm and creativity brought smiles to everyone’s faces and set the stage for the excitement that followed.
Raffle draws were held throughout the program, building excitement as participants eagerly waited for their numbers to be announced.
A Christmas Party will not be complete without fun games. The games included Gift Hunt, in which participants from each department enthusiastically searched for hidden treasures, and Human Christmas Tree, in which teams displayed their creativity and teamwork.
After a spirited competition, the Yellow Team led by Geonwoo Park claimed first place, followed by the Green Team (Haram Chae), White Team (James Kang), Red Team (Daehyun Jang), and Blue Team (Peter Santik).
The final raffle of the day concluded with the grand prize being awarded to Ashirah Gatmen, whose delight was met with cheers and congratulations from the audience.
To close the festivities, the students participated in an Exchange Gift activity, with each department—Kindergarten, Elementary, and Secondary—sharing thoughtful presents. This heartwarming exchange underscored the generosity and connection that define the SIA family.
A sumptuous lunch perfectly ended a day of laughter, camaraderie, and celebration. The 2024 SIA Christmas Party was a memorable occasion, bringing everyone closer as they celebrated the true essence of Christmas.
